ACENTRICSPACE residency, Shanghai
An experimental project with an engineer and a composer, tracing points of connection between the waters of Jeju and Shanghai. The movement of water and the sensory qualities of the two places are reinterpreted through visual and sonic language, taking shape as film, performance and sound.

An artwork by Nam SoYeon
A work exploring alienation and connection in the city through a virtual environment designed as a game map. Set in a village awaiting redevelopment, it follows an elderly woman who becomes a hacker and slips into the city’s system, inviting audiences into the world she has built.
Lee performed live clarinet alongside an electronic sound designer, shaping the atmosphere and immersion of the piece.

A collaboration with a marbling artist. Using extended clarinet techniques, Lee translated the artist’s gestures, the moments pigment dropped onto the water and the way colour spread across it into live music.
Presented in real time with a live video broadcast: an improvised dialogue between visual art and contemporary clarinet.
